The BEST Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) From Each and Every Year (1997-2019)

  

  Welcome Back to Disney! I hope you enjoyed my last post where I created A Ranking of Every Concert Performance from the Disney Channel Games. I know I’ve been a little MIA lately (since my last post), but that’s only because I was working on this AMAZINGLY, FUN post for you guys to enjoy before the summer officially comes to an end. Remember in my last post when I said summer is all about the music and seeing amazing concert performances? Well, it’s also all about staying up late and watching great movies. At least it was when we were kids. But we can still do those same things as young adults now, just on the weekends.😉 Let’s not ever forget that some of the greatest movies to watch growing up were Disney Channel Original Movies (aka, as true Disney Channel fans call them, DCOMs), at least for me they were. As a big Disney fan myself growing up, it was always fun and exciting seeing commercials on Disney Channel for the new up and coming DCOMs. Am I right or am I right? That’s why I thought it would be a great idea and a fun time to get to go back and watch every DCOM, and I mean EVERY DCOM (except the Christmas and Halloween themed ones), from the beginning (1997) to when I personally stopped watching newer Disney Channel which was after 2019. If you were not a big Disney Channel fan growing up and you have no idea what I’m talking about when I say the word 'DCOMs', then let me just give you a brief explanation and a little history of what DCOMs were and are today.

  Welcome Back to Disney! I hope you enjoyed my last post where I created A Ranking of Every First Episode from a Disney Channel Show Part 3. Since we're still in the midst of summer I thought it would be fun to look back and watch all the ICONIC concert performances from the ICONIC thing that was the Disney Channel Games. I mean, when it comes to Disney, what screams SUMMER more than the Disney Channel Games, am I right? If you were a kid during what I believe to be the BEST ERA of Disney Channel (the years 2006 to 2008), then you know exactly what the Disney Channel Games were/are. But, for those of you who weren't kids/teens during that iconic era of Disney Channel, then I'll just give you a brief explanation of what the Disney Channel Games were. Basically, every summer from 2006 to 2008 (and eventually again in 2011 with the Friends For Change Games; which was also just as iconic and memorable to me as the original DC Games), Disney Channel would bring together various stars from all of its TV series at the time to be formed into teams and compete in various different games to win for their charity. If you remember having field day as a kid in elementary school, then this is basically that whole idea. It was a field day for them and for us as viewers watching it every summer it was just as fun, especially once they started including concert performances from some of our favorite Disney Channel stars (some who were also playing in the games). I've always been a big music lover, so these concert performances were everything to me as a kid watching the DC Games. Sometimes they were the BEST and most exciting part of the whole show.

You can cheer now.🎉😊) These are THE first episodes of first episodes to watch from Disney Channel. They are the creme de la creme of first episodes.  Welcome Back to Disney! I hope you enjoyed my last post where I created A Ranking of Every First Episode From a Disney Channel (Animated) Show Part 1. Like I mentioned in that post, there are three parts to this whole thing, and today we are continuing that post with Part Two. The episodes I mentioned in that last post (Part One) were all just from Disney Channel's animated shows, which are good, but these episodes that I will be mentioning here are even better because they all come from Disney Channel's live-action shows. Which, as you know by now, are my favorite of the two types of shows and why I was so excited to finally get to do this post. Again, I have been planning on creating this post for so long now and I'm glad that I finally got the chance to re-watch (and for some, watch for the very first time) all of these first EVER episodes and bring you this ranking to enjoy. All of these episodes are truly THE episodes that started it all for some of our favorite Disney Channel shows. Literally, the first episodes are what make or break a series. So, what are we waiting for, let's get into A Ranking of Every First Episode From a Disney Channel Show Part 2 and find out if they made me wanting more.

 Welcome Back to Disney! I hope you enjoyed my last post where I ranked The Top 20 Greatest Disney Princess Film Songs Of All Time. For this post, and my next couple of upcoming posts, I wanted to go back and watch all of the first episodes from every Disney Channel show. Some shows that I've seen many times before and some that I have never seen until doing this post. I decided to rank the first episodes from Disney Channel's animated shows separately from the first episodes from Disney Channel's live-action shows, just like I did earlier this year when I created A Ranking Of All The 22nd Episodes From Disney Channel Shows. Cause as I mentioned before in that post, it is unfair (at least in my opinion) to rank animated shows against non-animated shows (or live-action shows). So this post (the first post), Part One, is solely about the very first episodes from Disney Channel's animated shows. Then my next couple of posts that will come after this post will be solely about Disney Channel's live-action shows and their very first episodes. Though, those last two posts will be split up into two separate posts due to the fact that there are a little over thirty total first episodes from Disney Channel's live-action shows that I watched and ranked and therefore just to save some time and space I decided to split those in half. So, in other words, Part Two of this post will be every first episode from Disney Channel's live-action shows ranked from 32-17 with the third and final part of this post (Part 3) being every first episode from Disney Channel's live-action shows ranked from 16-1. Alright, I know that might sound a bit confusing, but hopefully you understood that. So, let's not waste any more time and get into A Ranking Of Every First Episode From A Disney Channel (Animated) Show Part 1.
