TOP 12 BEST EPISODES FROM THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK & CODY

Welcome Back to Disney! I hope you enjoyed my last post where I reflected on the Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert for its 15th Anniversary.๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ‰Today, we're checking in to the Tipton Hotel. That's right! This post is all about one of the most ICONIC, truly unforgettable, and one of my all-time FAVORITE Disney Channel shows, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿจ

If you're new here, basically every month of this year I planned on going back and re-watching every show that I included on my Top Ten Disney Channel Shows post, in the order that I put them, each show from beginning to end, and picking the BEST episodes (my MOST FAVORITE episodes) from each season of each of those shows that I mentioned in that earlier blog post. So, since my last post of this little series of posts, was all about Austin & Ally (my #6 favorite Disney Channel show pick from my Top Ten Disney Channel Shows post, here) it was now time to re-watch, rank, and discuss all the BEST episodes from my seventh favorite Disney Channel show, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. So, of course, that is finally what I did during the months of July and August (Yes, it took me a little longer to watch this show just because I was really busy with some other stuff while also trying to watch/re-watch some things for a couple of other fun and exciting posts I have coming real soon.๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Š) which I'm SO EXCITED to finally get to share with you.

Like I just mentioned, I've been wanting to create this post to talk about this pretty AMAZING show for so long now, and I'm SO HAPPY I finally get to do so. 'Cause The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is one of those Disney Channel shows that I grew up LOVING and watching all the time as a kid. I mean, before Hannah Montana came out, this was the show that I was watching the most on Disney Channel. In fact, if you would have asked me what my Top 3 favorite Disney Channel shows were when I was a kid, I definitely would have said The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as being one of them. So, I was not only extremely excited to finally get to watch this show again because it had been years since I had last seen it, but I was also just very excited to re-watch it because I remembered loving it as a kid/tween/teen. However, having said that, I will admit that after having re-watched this whole show now as an adult I don't feel the exact same way about it as I did when I was younger. I know, I know. Sad, right?๐Ÿ˜žI mean, I was kind of sad that this show didn't really give me the same feelings and vibes as it did when I was a kid watching it and that there were actually a few things I found about the show that I dislike about it, when re-watching it all back.

Now, don't get me wrong, because I still LOVE this show. Hence, why I'm even still making a whole post about it. I just don't LOVE it as much as I did when I was a kid, watching it for the first time. But, it's still one of my Top 10 FAVORITE Disney Channel shows of all-time. Again, it's just not as good as I once thought it was. I even thought that after re-watching this whole show again that it would go a little higher on my initial ranking of my Top Ten Disney Channel Shows post (which I will be re-doing eventually) but I think The Suite Life of Zack & Cody will be one that remains at #7 on that list of favorite Disney Channel shows. And I'll tell you a little bit of why.

Basically, what I didn't like about this show (and it was mostly from the last season) is that I didn't like how some of the characters at times would make fun of or put down noble, honest, hard-working jobs that real people have (such as grocery store workers, etc.). And because of comments made about things like that, it made me dislike quite a lot of episodes from the show. Again, especially in Season 3. I also just got bored after a while of the rich girl/poor girl storyline between Maddie and London. Sometimes I didn't even think they handled some of those storylines well. I also hated (strongly disliked) when one of the best characters from the show, Maddie, wasn't even in the majority of the episodes in Season 3. Which, that alone, made me not really like that entire season of the show. So, this show definitely has its flaws, but there are also things that I still LOVE about it. Such as how many characters from different races and generations there are on the show. I mean, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody has to be one of the Disney Channel shows with the biggest ensemble cast. This was something I never really paid much attention to as a kid watching the show, but is something I noticed even more this time around while watching it. And I just love and appreciate this show even more so now, just for that aspect of it. What also makes this show more unique and special from any other Disney Channel show is of course the twin brothers aspect of it all, which I also just love. I mean, who's not interested in a show/movie about twins? ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฆI also have a love/hate relationship with the show when it comes to the fact that the show mostly takes place at the Tipton Hotel. I mean, I think it's cool and fun that the majority of this show takes place at the hotel because it makes for some fun and interesting episodes and I mean what person as a kid didn't wish to live at a luxury hotel at one time or another? I know I did. So, that makes the show all the more relatable. But, then always seeing them in the hotel majority of the time kind of also bothered me a little bit. At times it just made me feel claustrophobic.

So again, although I didn't LOVE this show as much as I initially thought I would after re-watching it for this post, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is still a FAVORITE of mine and will always hold a very special place in my heart.๐Ÿ’“So, for those of you who have never seen this show before, which if you haven't...What?! That's crazy...I'll just give you a brief history and some fun facts about the show and why it's still one of the most ICONIC Disney Channel shows of all time. Well, at least, one of my all-time favorites. And then talk about just some of the BEST episodes that make it so AMAZING and unforgettable and worth a watch.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ˜Š

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is a Disney Channel original kids' comedy series that ran for three seasons, consisting of 87 episodes, from March 18, 2005 (my birthday month๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ) to September 1, 2008 (the same day my older sister was born, not the same year though๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ). The show is set at the Tipton Hotel in Boston and it centers around two, trouble-making, identical twin brothers, Zack (played by Dylan Sprouse) and Cody (played by Cole Sprouse) Martin, living their life at the hotel with their single mother, Carey Martin (played by Kim Rhodes), who is the lounge singer. The show also follows the lives of the hotel owner's daughter herself, London Tipton (played by Brenda Song), the rich, ditzy heiress of a multi-billionaire (who is like a parody of Paris Hilton); Madeline (aka Maddie) Fitzpatrick (played by Ashley Tisdale), the down-to-earth girl who works the hotel candy counter; Mr. Moseby, aka Marion Moseby (played by Phil Lewis), the conscientious and serious manager who is often a thwart to Zack and Cody's schemes; as well as the recurring character, Arwin Hawkhauser (played by Brian Stepanek), the hotel's janitor and aspiring inventor; and the other recurring character Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya de la Rosa Ramirez (played by Adrian R'Mante), the hotel's bellhop. Even though the show is mostly set at the Tipton Hotel various other settings are used, too. Such as Zack and Cody's middle school and later high school, Maddie and London's private school, Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow Catholic School, and in season 3 the store that Zack and Cody work at called the Paul Revere Mini Mart, and the camp that Maddie works for, Camp Heaven on Earth. No matter the setting, throughout the series Zack and Cody often get in trouble and come up with ideas to try and get out of the trouble they've caused because they treat the hotel like their own personal playground. Most episodes focus on two stories, though. The first one usually being centered around Zack and Cody and their mom while the secondary storyline is commonly centered on Maddie, London, and Mr. Moseby, and then the other staff of the Tipton appear in both of the stories.

The show (The Suite Life of Zack & Cody) premiered with 4 million viewers making it the most successful premiere for Disney Channel in 2005 and therefore quickly making it one of the network's highest-rated and most popular shows. It was also nominated for an Emmy Award, not one...not two...but THREE times and it was the third Disney Channel Original Series to have more than 65 episodes, after That's So Raven and Kim Possible.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ† It was also the SECOND Disney Channel Original Series to launch a sequel series, called The Suite Life on Deck, which also starred the Sprouse twins in their respective roles as Zack and Cody from 2008 to 2011. There was also a TV movie based on both series, The Suite Life Movie which premiered on Disney Channel on March 25, 2011 (again, also my birthday month๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ).Speaking of spinoffs, did you know that there was going to be another Suite Life spinoff, before The Suite Life on Deck came to be, starring the hotel's eccentric engineer Arwin? It was going to be called Arwin! (But before that it was titled Housebroken) and it was going to follow Arwin as he left the Tipton Hotel to move in with his sister and help her raise her three kids in a Smart House-designed home. Besides that pilot starring Brian Stepanek as Arwin, the show was also going to star Samantha Droke (from Princess Protection Program), Selena Gomez (from Wizards of Waverly Place) and Jasmine Villegas (from Justin Bieber's "Baby" music video). However, that pilot never got picked up and Wizards of Waverly Place did instead. So, had that 2007 pilot actually gone to series, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody would have been the first series to have a sequel series, but Cory in the House beat them to that title. I for one think that they made the right decision not going through with that spinoff, Arwin!, but what do you think? Do you think Arwin! should have seen the light of day? Well, take a look at some rare clips of the pilot and see if it changes your mind at all.

Just some other random, fun facts about The Suite Life of Zack & Cody: According to my research, did you know that the producers of the show initially considered using Dylan and Cole Sprouse's real-life names as the names for their characters on the show before ultimately deciding to give their characters different names, which obviously became Zack and Cody Martin. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Did you also know that Ashley Tisdale initially auditioned for London Tipton and Brenda Song read for Maddie? Also, did you know that the British identical twins on the show, Becky and Milly Russo, were audience members when they were picked out of the crowd by producers of the show to play Zack and Cody's love interests, Jessica and Janice? Yeah, I know. So many interesting facts, right?

Oh, and it was quite interesting and a coincidence, that I started this show about twins at the same time that I was watching all the Mary-Kate and Ashley movies for....SPOILER ALERT...a post that will be coming up really soon.๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜Š 'Cause I really didn't plan on watching those things around the same time so it was kind of cool that it happened that way. But speaking of Mary-Kate and Ashley did you know that Dylan and Cole Sprouse signed with Mary-Kate and Ashley's Dualstar Entertainment company before The Suite Life of Zack & Cody really hit audiences when they were 13. The deal was meant to include a wide range of merchandise including movies, CDs, toothbrushes, and apparel, among many other things. So Dualstar seemingly wanted to make male versions of their teenage girl merchandising empire. As according to Dylan and Cole Sprouse's manager at the time, there was not a lot out there for little boys, or boys their age. Pretty cool and interesting, right? Take a look at the videos below of Dylan and Cole talking about the Olsen twins and more.

Anyway, I just LOVE this show for so many reasons, despite some of the flaws that it has. Plus, I mean, every show has its flaws and that doesn't mean it can't still be a great show. The Suite Life of Zack & Cody being one example of that. But one reason why I really LOVE this show is just because of the characters themselves. As I mentioned before, there are a lot of different characters on this show and there's someone for everyone to relate to and to just enjoy watching. Personally, my two favorite characters have always been Zack and Maddie. But, I really do LOVE watching all the characters on the show. Speaking of favorite characters, just curious, were you Team Zack or Team Cody? I've always been a Zack girl, no shade or hate to Cody though, because they're both great.๐Ÿ’“ But I mean, who didn't have a crush on Dylan Sprouse at one time or another?✋๐Ÿ˜Š Guilty. So, the cast of this show is just great and I love that you can tell just by watching behind the scenes and stuff that they seemed like they really got along and were close in real-life too, which just makes the show that much more enjoyable to watch. I also just LOVE the unique concept of this show. As it truly is unlike any other. Even though I get annoyed sometimes always seeing them in the hotel, I still give the show props for that alone. It's also great that this show isn't just about friends or just about family but about all of it, which is also just so unique and special compared to some other Disney Channel shows that are usually just mostly about family or just mostly about friends. This show just has pretty much EVERYTHING. The comedy, the romance, the friendships, the sweet family stuff, the music, the singing, the dancing, and so much more. Every episode is different from the next and that in and of itself makes this show very unique and special. As you can see, I could go on and on about why I LOVE this show, but I think I've given enough reasons for now and I want the BEST episodes I've chosen from the show to speak for themselves. So, what are we waiting for? Let's get into the Top 12 BEST Episodes from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and if you try to make it through this post without getting hit with an overwhelming sense of nostalgia, as Mr. Moseby would say, "Good luck with that."๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‰

Just a brief note before we begin: Since there are only three seasons of this show, to make it a fair and even total number of episodes for this post, I decided to choose FOUR episodes from each season that are my most favorite and ones that I truly believe to be the BEST. So, FOUR episodes for each season to make 12 total BEST episodes of the show. The seasons are also not going in any particular order of what I like least or most best, only the episodes for each season. In other words, the seasons themselves are not ranked in any particular order, you will just see Season One's episodes first, but then the episodes within that season (and for the episodes within the seasons after that) are ranked from my least to most favorite. I will just tell you my favorite seasons of the show in order at the very end of this post. Also, as always, I did not watch or choose to include any of the Christmas or Halloween-themed episodes from the show when doing this ranking, because I just feel like holiday-themed episodes like those are just not fair to rank among regular, non-holiday-themed episodes from the show. To me, they belong in their own seperate catergory because they have a whole different vibe. Plus, I wouldn't choose a Christmas or Halloween episode over a non-Christmas or non-Halloween episode to watch all the time, anyway. I hope that makes sense. Now for real this time, get your suitcases unpacked and your room keys ready, 'cause we're checking into the Tipton Hotel and unlocking the Top 12 BEST Episodes From The Suite Life of Zack & Cody!๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿงก๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿšช๐Ÿ“บ๐ŸŽฌ

THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK & CODY: SEASON 1

(from least to most favorite)...

#4 "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Hotel" S1E12 Premiered July 17, 2005

This is an episode from the show that I've always loved, but I was quite surprised that it made it to my Top 4 just because there are just so many great episodes from Season 1 that I had a hard time choosing which ones to pick as my most favorites. As there were a few others I was thinking about putting here at #4. Though obviously, ultimately, I chose this specific episode because it's always been one that has stood out to me from all the rest and it is just such a great episode for so many reasons.

As in this episode when Zack, Cody and Esteban are playing ball in one of the hallways of the hotel, one of them misses the catch and the ball ends up hitting a big picture frame with a painting of a vase (By the way, what's up with Mr. Moseby and vases?๐Ÿคฃ) on the wall causing it to fall down and break. ๐Ÿ–ผ A painting that Mr. Moseby later tells them has been hanging in the Tipton for nearly 100 years. When Zack and Cody try to put the frame back together Cody ends up finding a newspaper article from 1938, titled the "Tipton Treasure", that mentions there being millions of dollars hidden somewhere in the hotel. Zack and Cody end up having to tell Maddie, London, Esteban, and Muriel about what they found, and when they do they each want a cut of the money. Maddie wants her cut of the money. if they find it, since she told them the picture of the lady on the news article is Muriel. Muriel tells them she wants her cut of the money, if and when they find the treasure, since she was the only person who was actually there when everything happened with the hidden treasure in the 1940s and because she also tells them where the treasure lies, "beneath the heart". They then have to promise Esteban his cut of the money because they need his pass key to get them into the heart suite. And then they have to cut London in because she's the only one who knows every inch of the hotel and because the Hot Pepper Mobster stole money from her great grandmother.

They also all want the money to use for different reasons. Zack (per his daydream) wants his own suite with a game room and to have Maddie be his wife and personal chef.๐ŸŽฎ๐ŸŽฐ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽณ๐Ÿ‘ฐ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿฝ While Cody would spend the money on some baking research project that ends up winning him the Nobel Prize and even he has a special assistant lady in this daydream of his, Dr. Inga.๐Ÿ†๐ŸŽ‚Maddie (per her daydream) wants the money so she can be Madame President and create a policy that saves the whales, the rainforest, the ozone layer, and "most importantly the people with bad haircuts" (what she said not me).๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿณ๐ŸŒฑWith the money, Esteban would like to own the hotel and change it to be called, Hotel Esteban, and make London his bell hopper and have Salsa Time.๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ’ƒ And, of course, when London daydreams about what her life would be like if she finds the money, she just daydreams about her present day because her life would be exactly the same as it is now. ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฃ But because they can't all agree on where the hidden treasure might be, they split up into teams for an hour to try and find it, and agree that whoever finds it first gets the biggest cut from it. So, Maddie and Zack are a team, London and Esteban are a team, and Cody is on a team by himself until Arwin decides to help him.

So, if you haven't ever seen this episode before, I won't tell you if they find the treasure and/or where they find the treasure because you should definitely just go watch this episode on Disney Plus. And, well, if you have already seen this episode then you already know about what happens in the end. But if you forgot the ending of this episode, then I'm still not going to tell you what happens here, either, because you should also just go re-watch this episode on Disney Plus to refresh your memory of it. However, I will say that in the end everyone's future wish with the money goes down the drain. Except London's of course, because she is and will always be rich.๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™„

This is one of those episodes from the show that I remember watching quite a lot as a kid, and I could see why after re-watching it back now as an adult, because it's just such a GREAT episode. However, I do remember kind of having a love/hate relationship with this episode as a kid, too, because I remember not really liking the flashback scenes of the 1940s and I also remember as a kid not really liking or caring for Muriel's character. I remember thinking she was a little annoying. But my opinion on those two things has completely changed now, because I actually love and appreciate this episode more now than I ever did before because of those flashback 1940s scenes and I also found Muriel's character to be really funny and I actually sort of wish that they would have kept her on the show for much longer than she was. But it's nice that we get a little background story of when Muriel first started working at the Tipton in the 1940s in this episode.  So, I really just found a new love and appreciation for this unique and special episode as a whole. I mean, it's also one of the few episodes from the show where all the main cast members are in the same, one big storyline together which is always a plus and always makes for a very entertaining episode.

This episode has so many ICONIC and funny lines, too. Such as when London says that whoever finds the treasure first gets the biggest cut and Cody says, "What about sharing? What about honor? What about integrity?!" and Zack says the ICONIC line, "What about finders keepers, losers weepers?". Yeah, it's just all in his delivery of that line. So funny. ๐Ÿคฃ That line from Zack has always been one of my FAVORITES and just one of the most memorable quotes from the show to me. It's also very funny when Maddie asks London where she thinks the center, or heart, of the hotel is and London says, "Anywhere I am."๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’“ Another very funny moment is when Maddie, Zack, Cody, Esteban and London are all arguing after Cody says that he knows where the treasure is and none of them are getting it, and Arwin is just standing in the middle of them arguing and he says out loud, very randomly, "Dogs have cleaner tongues than people!" and then they just all back up slowly. ๐Ÿคฃ Again, very funny and probably a scene you have to just watch for yourself to understand how funny it truly is. I mean, he's not wrong. That is a fact, that dogs tongues are cleaner than humans, but I still don't understand how that's possible.๐Ÿค”๐Ÿถ Anyways, so you can see just from those lines I mentioned here, why this episode had me laughing and smiling a lot throughout while watching it.

The episode also ends with the characters learning a valuable lesson about greed. That one should not endanger other peoples' lives, or their own life, or damage other peoples' things all for the greedy pursuit of money. 'Cause money is not that important. It is the root of all evil.๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ—™๐ŸšฉSuch an important and relatable message/lesson for anyone to learn or be reminded of. I also like the message of old things being good, which is not the prominent message of this episode but one I noticed when watching this episode again. As I like at the beginning of this episode when Mr. Moseby tells Zack and Cody that the painting had been hanging on the wall at the Tipton for nearly 100 years and Zack says, "Well, good. Now you can buy a new one." but Mr. Moseby says to him, "Old is good." I also just think that's an important message to remember because so often everyone is looking for the new, chasing what's new, and giving away old things to make room for the new, but sometimes old is good, too and it's important to appreciate the old things as well7. This episode is just very nostalgic, very funny, has a great message/lesson, and it has the mystery element and the PLOT TWIST ending. It truly never gets old to watch. Definitely a must-watch. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿค‘

In 2005, "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad Hotel" was up against "To Catch A Thief" for Disney Channel's Click It to Pick It. Fans of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody didn't end up picking the "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad Hotel" episode over "To Catch A Thief", but I certainly would have. :) Take a look:

Which episode would you have picked?๐Ÿค”

#3 "Poor Little Rich Girl" S1E13 Premiered July 22, 2005

This is another one of the most unforgettable and very nostalgic episodes to me from not only Season 1 of the show but from the whole show in general. In other words, it's one of those episodes that always comes to my mind first whenever I think about this show. In fact, this is an episode I couldn't wait to watch again after so long of having not seen it because it's always been one of my most favorites and I just knew it was going to be included on this ranking as one of the BEST episodes from the show. I just have such fond memories of watching this episode as a kid/tween/teen. So, I'm always excited to watch this episode and this time was no different.๐Ÿ˜Š

This episode has the typical two storylines, with one being about Zack and Cody and the other being about Maddie and London. In this episode, Zack and Cody find a home video tape of their first year of life where it shows that their mom might have mixed them up when they were just babies. So, they (Zack and Cody) decide to switch places and be each other, because Zack believes that he might actually be Cody and Cody believes that he might actually be Zack. And they do this until their mom can prove to them that they are who she says they were since birth.๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ‘ถ Meanwhile, the Tipton goes broke after London's father borrowed too much money from the bank, invested all of it in a diamond mine, and he got no diamonds in return. So, her dad (Mr. Tipton) has to stay incognito for a little while and therefore he can't afford to send for London. So, the bank insists that London move out of the hotel so that they can rent her suite to someone who can actually pay for it. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ The bank even has to sell all of London's clothes and other materialistic things she owns to help pay off her dad's debt, leaving London no place to stay while her dad tries to sort all of this out. That's when Mr. Moseby asks Maddie if it's possible for London to stay with her for a while since her sister moved out and she has an extra bed. ๐Ÿ›Œ๐Ÿ›Œ Maddie agrees to let London stay with her because she says it's the right thing to do, but really Mr. Moseby and Zack (as Cody) had to do a little convincing at first to get her to say yes. So, London learns what it's like to be poor, and she even gets her first job (babysitting Zack and Cody for one night) all in this one episode.

As you can probably tell from my little synopsis, this is a very unique and interesting episode.  As it's the first and one of few episodes we see of London trying to live a "regular/normal" life. This episode is actually kind of full of firsts as it's the first (and last) time that we see where Maddie lives. Not, to sound creepy, but you know what I mean. It's the first time we see her house and some of the characters in a new place other than the Tipton hotel. It's also the first (and last) time we hear of Maddie having a sister, but of course we never see her throughout the series or even in this episode. In fact, they show her having a little brother later on. And it's also the first and last time we see Zack and Cody actually try to act as each other, which is very interesting and funny in and of itself. Something you'd think they would have done more often throughout the series, but they don't. It's really a one time storyline of them switching places.

Speaking of Maddie's house situation, we see that she lives in an apartment building near Fenway Park, with her granny, where there's no maid and so her and London have to strip their own sheets off the bed. You know, the twin beds Maddie has in her room that pull down from the wall. And I just have to say, when I was a kid I thought Maddie's room and those beds specifically were so cool. So, as a kid I didn't get why London disliked them so much. I still think the beds are kind of cool. I mean, at least they make more space available in her room for when she's not sleeping.

This episode is just a sweet Maddie and London friendship episode. Even though there's also the Zack and Cody storyline that I enjoy, as well. But this episode is actually one of the few episodes where I actually like Maddie and London's storyline more than Zack and Cody's because, yes, I've always enjoyed the storylines with Zack and Cody more than anything, but that's clearly not the case for this one. In fact, the scene from this episode that I've always loved the most and has always been one of the more stand-out moments from the show in general is when Maddie and London have their deep conversation at the window of Maddie's room while watching the baseball game. This episode also has a lot of funny moments, as well. Such as when London tells Maddie about only having dinner with whatever nanny her mom hired that week growing up, and since they didn't speak English, things were kind of quiet. And then Maddie says, "That's kind of sad" and London says, "Not really. I learned how to say, "Let me stay up late or I'm calling immigration in 18 different languages"."๐Ÿคฃ It's also funny when London wakes up from the sleepover to see a blanket on her that wasn't there before and Maddie tells her that it was her granny that always checks on her during the night and says that she must have put the blanket on London because she (London) must have looked cold to her (granny). And then London says that that was nice of Maddie's granny and asks Maddie how much she should tip her, but Maddie tells London, "You don't tip family. People in family just help each other because...well, because they're family. We all love each other in this house"." As they then hear Maddie's granny and grandpa (I assume) yelling at each other and Maddie then says, "Love can be expressed in all kinds of ways." So, funny but so true. ๐Ÿคฃ

So as you can see, along with the comedy in this episode, there's also some great messages/lessons to go along with it. Those I just mentioned above about family loving each other and helping each other and love being expressed in all sorts of ways as well as the importance of not wanting what other people have that you don't have, because the grass ISN'T always greener on the other side. As London mentions her sleeping over at Maddie's being her very first ever sleepover and Maddie admits to London that she's always been a little jealous of her but then she sees that London's actually missed out on a lot. Which also goes to show that rather you're rich or poor, everyone is going through or have gone through something bad. Being rich is not the ideal place you want to be at most times because more often than not those people are the most lonely people. As they say, it's lonely being at the top.

In the end, the only way to prove to Zack and Cody that they are in fact who their mom has always said they were since birth, Carey finds and shows them their birth certificates where it has their footprints proving once and for all that Zack is Zack and Cody is Cody.๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘ And London becomes rich again when they strike oil in Mr. Tipton's diamond mine. London says goodbye to peanut butter (sandwiches) and hello to lobster dipped in butter. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿงˆ And Maddie gets her room back to herself, which at first she's a little sad about because she thinks London will just forget about her again, but London doesn't forget about her new friend, as she (London) then invites Maddie to eat a fancy lunch with her. And London tells Maddie that she was there for her when nobody else was and she liked her for her, not for how much money she had. (Cue the awwws) Another great and important message about not forgetting your friends at the bottom when you get to the top. Or whatever that saying is. You get the point.

This episode was just everything I remembered it to be. It's so, so, SO NOSTALGIC to me and I'm so happy that I still loved it watching it back this time as an adult. 'Cause I just have so many fond memories of watching this episode when I was younger and they all came back to me while re-watching it this time around. So, this episode holds a very special place in my heart and it always will. As I mentioned before, it's very funny, relatable, and it has a lot of great and important messages/lessons. The overall friendship and family message being the main reason why I chose to rank this episode above the previous one. I would suggest anyone to watch this episode because it truly never gets old. I, for one, would most definitely watch this episode again. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ›Œ๐ŸŒƒ⚾

Also, you can tell that this episode was aired out of ordered or is put out of the order they originally filmed them in, because you can tell this episode had to be an even earlier episode from the ones that come before it on Disney Plus because the boys (Zack and Cody aka Dylan and Cole Sprouse) look younger than how they looked even in the episodes that come before this one and Maddie's hair is even a little darker than how her hair color was in some of the previous episodes that come before this one on Disney Plus. Just thought I'd point that out. Not really important but just an observation.๐Ÿ˜Š

#2 "Band in Boston" S1E9 - Premiered May 20, 2005

This is another episode that I've always loved ever since I was a kid and saw it for the first time on Disney Channel in 2005. So, I knew from the very beginning that this was going to be one of my Top 4 favorites from the show. I mean, anything with music in it, I'm usually all about and this episode is no exception. I was very excited to re-watch this episode again and only a little curious just because I hadn't seen it in a very long time like majority of these episodes, and I was just hoping that my opinions of it would still be the same. And they definitely are because I still love, love, LOVE this episode SO MUCH.๐Ÿ’“

In this episode, Zack, Cody, Max and Tapeworm (aka RockSquared) are practicing for Battle of the Bands a competition being held at the Tipton in which the winner gets to cut a demo CD and "become rock stars" (as Zack says) and "perform all over the world" (as Cody says).๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ“€ Zack tells Maddie about their band and the competition and how they're going to win Battle of the Bands, but Maddie tells Zack that she and Lance are also going to be joining the competition as she's the lead singer in his band the Waterworks๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’ฆ (Get it? The Waterworks, because he's a lifeguard and he's obsessed with water.๐Ÿคฃ) So, now it becomes RockSquared vs. the Waterworks. However, problems arise with both bands when Lance tells Maddie that they can't rehearse because one of their band members spilled some water on two of their amps and all their instruments, so everything that they need to rehearse and eventually perform with are all wet and therefore not working. And it's funny when Lance tells Maddie this because he then says, "I thought water was good but, I guess it has a dark side, too." ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’ฆ▓ Therefore, it's going to cost them $5,000 to replace everything, which they don't have, but London does. So, London says that she'll help them but only if they let her in the band.

They end up letting London join their band and they at first put her in the back playing the tambourine, until London says that she wants to sing. So they let her sing backup vocals.๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ Until, London then doesn't want to be the backup singer anymore and wants to sing upfront and Lance comes up with the idea to just have London's mic turned off while she's singing the entire time because Maddie thinks London is not a good singer and therefore doesn't want her ruining her chance at getting a demo and becoming a star.๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ‘ŽRockSquared's rehearsals don't go well either when Zack and Cody have an argument (or "creative discussion" as Cody likes to put  it๐Ÿคฃ) about what's more important for their performance, their clothes or the song? Zack thinks it's all about the "rock star clothes" and Cody disagrees and says that it's about the song, and Max and Tapeworm take Zack's side because they are sick of Cody's bossy-ness. So, Cody quits the band because he's also sick of Zack, Max and Tapeworm and their lack of discipline and decides to find a band that will appreciate him. Which ends up being him, Muriel and Arwin.

During the night of the Battle of the Bands competition, Maddie ends up embarassing London during their performance, when London realizes that her mic is off mid-performance and wants to use Maddie's mic, but of course Maddie doesn't let her so they go back-and-forth trying to hold the only working mic and Maddie ends up screaming through the mic "Because you're a lousy singer!" for all the crowd to hear. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘€After their performance Maddie does end up apologizing to London for what she did, and Zack and Cody realize (while locked in a closet) that they both just wanted their band to be the best band ever and that that won't happen at all if they don't get out of the closet and get back in the band together and win the competition. Which...SPOILER ALERT...they do end up doing. They have their ICONIC rock and roll performance of "School's Out" that wins them the whole competition. ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽน๐Ÿฅ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ

There's so many ICONIC moments in this episode. Just the performances alone by RockSquared and Waterworks make this episode one of the BEST most ICONIC things ever. I always loved Zack and Cody's performance in this episode since I was a kid and I also remember being obsessed every time Maddie sang the song she did in this episode. I remember thinking her performance was so amazing even though it got cut short, which I'm still bummed about. 'Cause I still wish we could have heard the whole song that Maddie sings in this episode. In fact, I think it would have been cool for the tag, if they showed Maddie and London singing the whole song even after the competition was over. I realize now that that would have been too long of a tag but who cares? It could have worked. Right? No, but for real, I still like the song Maddie sings in this episode even though it's just a few of the same words over and over again. It's just very nostalgic and funny. Oh, and I also remember thinking Maddie's outfits in this episode were so cool and cute. Literally, I don't even know how to explain the feeling I get whenever I watch this episode. It's just a special one and this episode just makes me so happy every time I watch it. And, why is it that you drive on a parkway, but you park in the driveway?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฃ (Just another funny thing from this episode that Max says to the crowd as they're waiting on Zack and Cody to enter the building).

This whole episode is really all about the importance of working together as a team and not making everything about you (as Zack and Cody learn) and not using people for your own benefit (as Maddie learns). There's also the message about the importance of not quitting something just because people don't agree with you. As Cody says, "Quitters never win, and winners never quit." As well as, the importance of telling the truth always and dealing with the consequences as they come if you don't tell the truth and decide to lie. As in the end Maddie ends up learning that London's dad owns a couple of record companies and she didn't even have to go through all that competition stuff and lying, because they could have just made a CD anytime they wanted had they just asked London in the first place or had been good to her in the first place. And there's also something in this episode about cheaters never prospering and when it comes to music knowing that the song is definitely more important than what you wear onstage or in a music video, etc.. In other words, the clothes one wears during a performance are somewhat important, but they shouldn't be the most important thing.

Every time I watch this episode it just makes me love it more and more. Yes, it's that great. I obviously just love this episode so much because I'm a big MUSIC LOVER and there's some fun and entertaining performances in this episode, but I also like it because it's just very NOSTALGIC, very funny, and it has a few great messages/lessons. Both storylines, that is. I could watch this episode over and over again and never get sick of it. 'Cause it truly just never gets old. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽน๐Ÿฅ

#1 "Rock Star in the House" S1E17 - Premiered September 18, 2005

This is the BEST and my MOST FAVORITE episode from not only Season 1 of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody but from the whole show in general. Ahhh...I am SO EXCITED to finally get to talk about this episode on the blog. Clearly, this was an episode I couldn't wait to re-watch again because it's always been a favorite of mine since I was kid and I first saw it on Disney Channel in 2005, and all the many, many other times I watched it after that. I knew before ever even having the idea to do this series of posts, that if I ever did a post such as this one, that this episode would definitely be mentioned as one of my FAVORITE episodes. This episode ranks as my #1 because it is THE episode that always comes to my mind FIRST whenever I think about this show. It's just oh SO ICONIC for so many reasons. But obviously one of the main reasons being because...well, two words...JESSE McCARTNEY!!!

Yeah, you kind of have to have either been a fan of Jesse McCartney or still be a fan of Jesse McCartney to really like this episode. I don't know what Jesse McCartney is up to nowadays, but I definitely was one of the girls that once had a crush on Jesse McCartney. I mean, what girl in the early 2000s didn't have a crush on him? Though, for me it was just a kid crush, because I was clearly just a kid at the time and wayyy to young to be crushing on a guy that much older than me. But I did love his songs and had his VideoNow Live Concert DVD (see pic below). I also loved when he was on my favorite Disney Channel show, Hannah Montana. Another very ICONIC moment in Disney Channel history. I also remember sneakingly trying to watch that WB show he was on in 2004/2005 called Summerland because again I was way too young to even be watching that show and I knew my parents wouldn't let me watch stuff like that at that age, but I did anyways (Well, bits and pieces of it. I didn't actually watch the whole series until I was like 18 or 19.) Anyways, back to him being on this episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Obviously, I was really excited to see this episode as a kid and I get just as excited to re-watch it, every time that I do, even now as an adult. This time, re-watching it for this post, was no different.

Again, this episode is all about (as the title suggests) a famous rock star (Jesse McCartney) checking in at the Tipton hotel.๐Ÿจ⭐๐ŸŽค Maddie really needs a picture of Jesse McCartney for her school newspaper and London wants to help her because as she says, he's a celebrity and she's a celebrity. They're first celebrities once removed.๐Ÿคฃ Even though Mr. Moseby tells London that her dad wants her to stay away from all celebrity guests staying at the hotel because he doesn't want a repeat of the Orlando Bloom incident, London still says she has to meet Jesse McCartney, her future husband. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿคฃ And while Maddie is trying to get a picture of Jesse McCartney for journalistic purposes, Zack is stealing all of Jesse's used stuff, like tissues with his used gum in them, his flannel shirts, towels, and even his lucky bracelet to sell on the street to fans for money as he says to Maddie and London, "There's big money in obsession." ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿคฃ In the end,...SPOILER ALERT...Jesse finally gets to be a "regular" guy for the day thanks to Zack who invites him to his hotel room to play video games and get away from all the crazy.๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽฎ

Meanwhile, Cody enters into Boston's Junior Science Contest so he can get into M.I.T.., invent a nanobot that eats oil spills, and then be able to retire comfortably while taking care of his aging mother and paying his brother's bail money.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ‘ต He asks for Arwin's tools to help make a lazor for the contest, even though he's not supposed to actually get help from Arwin because according to the rules of the competition, it's considered cheating and he would get disqualified. But he gets Arwin to help him anyways. SPOILER ALERT: Cody ends up winning the science award but then feels guilty and admits he cheated (by having an adult's help) to everyone there and he gives the trophy to Arwin (who helped him) but then the trophy of course is taken away from Arwin because the competition is only for children 14 and under and he's clearly not in that age range. So, then Arwin has to give up the trophy because he's disqualified making the new winner Sheldon Walters with his M.E.C. (My Energy Converter).๐Ÿ†๐Ÿค–

Both storylines in this episode are great but obviously, my FAVORITE one to watch is the Jesse McCartney storyline. I mean, if this episode was only just the Jesse McCartney storyline, I would be HAPPY.๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ˜Š However, the Cody part of this episode was really funny and every time I watch it, it just makes me think of when I did the science fair as a kid at my elementary school and actually created a volcano one year (as Barbara does in this episode) for my project. I didn't win either, so I understand a little bit how Cody feels in this episode, but I also wasn't the biggest science person then, so I'm sure that I didn't really care if I won or not. I was just probably more so doing the science fair to get out of class for the day. This episode marks the first appearance of Barbara, Cody's love interest on the show. We also learn where Cody's love of science comes from in this episode, as Carey tells him that she was once a science geek (what she said not me).

Of course, my favorite, FAVORITE part of this whole episode is when Jesse McCartney sings "Beautiful Soul".๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ I mean, it's his BEST song and has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and it's still a BANGER. I mean, that scene in and of itself is so ICONIC, as it gives off all the early 2000s vibes and just gives me all the nostalgic feels. Ugh, that scene and that song is just EVERYTHING. The only thing I hate about that scene is that it's not longer.๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ‘Ž I mean, seriously, I would have been okay with him just singing that song the whole episode. Okay, I know, I'm fangirling too hard right now. I'll stop. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜ŠAlso, a funny moment during that scene is when Maddie and London disguise themselves as guy waiters to sneak into see Jesse's rehearsal, and when London sees Jesse she starts freaking out and Maddie says to London, "Will you calm down? He's just a regular guy like you and me." And then he (Jesse) starts singing and Maddie says, "With the voice of an angel."๐Ÿ‘ผ๐Ÿคฃ

This episode is just GREAT because it's funny, relatable, full of nostalgia, and it has a few great messages/lessons. Such as the importance of knowing not to ever cheat and that winning isn't everything (as Carey tells Cody and what he learns by the end of this episode). As well as understanding that "celebrities" are just ordinary people like you and me but they just have un-ordinary jobs, and knowing that fame isn't all it's cracked up to be. It might be cool, or look cool on the outside, but it comes at a price. As Jesse says to Zack, "No, you know, fame's pretty cool. It just, it comes at a price...Sometimes I don't feel like I get to do regular stuff. You know, shoot hoops, play video games."๐Ÿ€๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽฎ So I get that message, however, I also understand that when "celebrities" continuously choose that life for themselves, that means that they like the price they pay for fame because after a while when you have all that money in the world, you don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to do. But, that's a whole other rant I can go on. Moving on.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’“

This episode just makes me smile so big every time I watch it because it just gives me a good, warm feeling inside. A feeling I can't really explain. It just brings back all the great memories of all the past times that I've watched this episode as a kid/tween/teen, and I LOVE that about it. I've seen this episode so many times and I could watch it many more times over again. 'Cause it truly never gets old. Plus, I mean, it has an early 2000s Jesse McCartney, and I don't know about you but that's good enough for me to wanna watch. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ⭐

Who remembers this and had one as a kid like I did? Also, which color VideoNow did you have? My older sister (Ariel) and I had the silver one (as shown below) and my little sister (Amber) had a blue one.

THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK & CODY: SEASON 2

(from least to most favorite)...

#4 "Loosely Ballroom" S2E25 - Premiered September 22, 2006

This is another one of the more memorable and ICONIC episodes from not only Season 2 but from the whole show in general. When I got to this episode during my re-watch I got really excited because I had actually totally forgotten about this episode until I saw it on the list of episodes to watch, and then of course I remembered it instantly because it's one that I remember loving as a kid. In other words, I remember watching it quite a lot when I was younger. I actually still remember the commercial for this episode, too. So, it's always been a stand-out episode to me then, and even now.

As this episode is all about BALLROOM DANCING. Okay, well it's about a little more than just that, as Esteban mentions to Zack and Cody that he needs more student dancers for the dance class he's teaching so he can get the money to send to his sister Esther Carlotta because she's having a Quinceanera, and if he doesn't help pay for his sister a Quinceanera she will be the only girl in their village to not have a party. Esteban knows that Mr. Moseby won't give him a raise so he asks Zack and Cody if they'll join his ballroom dance class. At first Zack and Cody say that they're into more manly sports but then when Janice and Jessica say that they adore ballroom dancing, as they say (in their British accents) it's "Romantic. Really romantic"๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—, then Zack and Cody quickly change their minds and tell Esteban to sign them up.๐Ÿ’ƒ

Then when Zack, Cody, Janice, and Jessica are all practicing, Carey, London, and Lance show up to join Esteban's ballroom dancing class because Carey says Cody told them that Esteban was desperate for money and they took pity on him. ๐Ÿคฃ Mr. Moseby tells Esteban that he has booked the Boston Ballroom Dance Competition for there at the Tipton and he says if his school takes first place Esteban gets $1,000, which would help pay for his sister's Quinceanera, but Mr. Moseby says he only did it for the trophy and Cody tells Esteban that they're gonna win that trophy for him.๐Ÿ† So, Esteban starts teaching them all how to ballroom dance.๐Ÿ’ƒ

Cody is at first paired up with Jessica, and Zack with Janice, until Zack wants to switch partners with Cody because Janice has noodle arms. As he tells Cody, "It's like dancing with spaghetti."๐Ÿ Zack believes that he'll never win the Junior Division dancing with Janice and basically tells Cody he shouldn't be partners with Jessica, either, because all she does is push him (Cody) around like a mop. And it's funny when Cody then asks Zack why he should be the one to take Janice as his dance partner if she's like dancing with spaghetti, and Zack says, "Cause you'll never win with anyone".๐Ÿคฃ But, when Zack says that they need to win the competition for Esteban, Cody agrees to switch partners with him for that reason.

It ends up going over well with Janice and Jessica that Zack and Cody want to switch partners only because Zack and Cody just end up telling them that the reason they want to switch partners is because they think they're both so adorable that they would like to get the chance to dance with each of them. So, then everyone gets their partners for the competition. Esteban is with Lori to compete in the advanced division; London is paired with Lance and they do the salsa; Mr. Moseby and Carey are paired up together to do the waltz; and then Zack is with Jessica and Cody with Janice to do the tango in the junior division.

However, the next day before rehearsals, Shannon (one of the hotel maids) tells Esteban that Lori (his dance partner) left after saying that their team is "pathetic losers", and Esteban is then left without a dance partner. He says to the group that he hates to break up a pair, but since the advanced division is worth the most points he says he thinks he should take the best dancer in the class, which he says is Carey. Until, on the day of the competition, Carey gets sick and can't compete with him. And everything else that can go wrong on the day of the competition goes wrong. As Jessica starts pushing Zack around causing them to get into a little argument and Janice and Jessica then leave the competition leaving Zack and Cody also without dance partners. In fact, Zack and Cody have no choice but to dance together for their division. Zack and Cody end up doing great with their dance routine, they even have a big finish, but then they get disqualified because of the lift that they do for their big finish. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜žOh, and I just have to say, Zack and Cody's sparkly red and blue outfits are so ICONIC and memorable in and of themselves.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’™ Mr. Moseby and his partner's jive dance goes bad because he ends up getting thrown across the dance floor and out into the entrance door hall. And of course, London and Lance's routine also goes very bad because they mess up a ton, but it's very funny and entertaining.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿงก

Therefore, making it all up to Esteban and his partner to win the prize money up against his ex-dance partner Lori and her partner Alexander (the Great). Carey is so sick that she can barely stand so Shannon goes up to Esteban asking if he wants to dance with her, as she mentions having watched them the past few weeks rehearse and telling him that she thinks she knows all the steps. SPOILER ALERT...So, Esteban ends up dancing with Shannon and they do incredible. The winning team ends up being "Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoy - - That guy" and he's then able to pay for his sister's Quinceanera.

This is just such a fun and entertaining episode. Mostly because it has dancing in it and I LOVE it when an episode has that. 'Cause I LOVE music and dancing. I also have been a fan of the show Dancing with the Stars in the past, and there are two pro dancers from that show who guest star on this episode, Chelry Burke who plays Shannon, and Louis Van Amstel who plays Alexander (the Great). Something I did not realize as a kid watching this episode, just because I didn't watch Dancing with the Stars as a kid, but that is something that I just noticed this time around while watching it. So, if you like Dancing with the Stars or just dancing in general, then you're sure to like this episode.

This is also one of the very few episodes that I actually LOVE that doesn't feature the appearance of Maddie. Although, just imagine if Maddie were also in this episode, it would be even that much better. This is actually the very first episode where Maddie doesn't appear. As fun fact, Maddie does not appear in this episode because Ashley Tisdale was filming the ICONIC music video for "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid. And I totally understand why she opted out because we also needed that music video from her. It's AMAZING! This is also one of the few episodes with the Russo twins, which is fun, too.(I mean, Legally Blondes, anyone?)

Again, I just LOVE this episode because it's all about dancing and not just one style of dance but many different styles of dance.๐Ÿ’ƒIn fact, every time I watch this episode it just makes me want to get up and start dancing. This episode is very nostalgic, very funny and entertaining, and just a feel-good, chill episode. It also has a great message/lesson about the importance of helping others and knowing that winning isn't everything even though Esteban still wins he only does so to help his sister out. Also speaking of funny moments, the very end of this episode is really funny and random and one of the best endings of the whole show because it just shows them all doing what they normally do but dancing while doing it. This episode truly never gets old. I, for sure, would most definitely watch it again and you should, too. The only reason why it's last on this ranking for Season 2, here at #4 and not higher, is because I almost chose the episode titled "Odd Couples" (You know, the ICONIC Zac Efron episode) because I really like that episode, too. But, because this episode has dancing in it and a great message, is why I ultimately chose this one.

#3 "A Midsummer's Nightmare" S2E22 - Premiered August 11, 2006

This is another ICONIC and unforgettable episode from not only Season 2 but from the whole show. I mean, I've already mentioned this episode before on this blog, because it's just that GREAT. It's another one that I knew right away would be included in this post as one of my most favorites, and here it is at #3 for good reason. I've seen this episode so many times throughout my life and it's one of those that just gets better and better every time you watch it. Well, at least to me it does. Even though I had just watched this episode last year for a post I did, here, I was still very excited to re-watch this episode again because it never gets old and never disappoints.

In this episode, Zack and Cody audition for their school play on Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ’œ Andin this episode, Cody likes Gwen, Gwen likes Cody, Zack likes Vanessa but Vanessa likes Cody, and of course Agnes likes Zack. So, basically, everyone likes the wrong person just like in the real play A Midsummer Night's Dream. For the play, Zack gets the role of Lysander, which makes Cody mad and jealous because he wants the role of Lysander, because he wants to kiss Gwen and Cody ends up getting the role of the character, Bottom. The one who gets turned into a donkey.๐Ÿคฃ Vanessa gets the role of Helena, Gwen the role of Hermia, Agnes gets the part of Titania, and Bob is Puck (the fairy). ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿงš And it's really funny when Agnes tells Bob that he's Puck (the fairy) because Bob says, "A fairy? Ugh, I hate my mom."๐Ÿคฃ (Get it? Because his mom made the list of who's playing what character in the play and she casted her own son as the character he didn't want.๐Ÿคฃ I didn't ever catch that before when watching this episode, but I did this time while watching it and I just thought it was funny. 'Cause, have just have to say, Bob is one of the funniest recurring characters on this show.) And that's just one funny moment in this episode. There are a lot more. Such as when they do the whole mirroring exercise, another ICONIC and very funny scene. It's also funny when after the kiss between Zack and Gwen, Gwen tells Cody that they should see other people and Cody gets even more mad at Zack for stealing his girlfriend. Vanessa overhears Gwen breakup with Cody and Vanessa tells him (Cody) that she's available if he ever needs a shoulder to cry on.๐Ÿคฃ (Yeah, that joke you kind of have to see to understand.)

SPOILER ALERT: Agnes ends up telling Cody her idea to get Gwen to kiss him, as she tells Cody the only reason why Gwen likes Zack is because he's a good kisser but if she kissed him (Cody) she'd realize that he's just as good a kisser and come back to him (Cody). But, it ends up taking a little bit of improv for this to even happen, because Cody and Gwen don't have a scene together in the original play. So the play, although all improvised, ends up being a success and after the play, Zack comes to the realization that Vanessa never liked him and now Gwen doesn't either. But through their own interpersonal experiences, Zack, Cody, and Bob finally come to understand the theme of the play that true love conquers all. Well, sort of. As Zack says, "Girls stink.", Cody says, "Don't work with your brother.", and Bob says, "I should have taken oboe."

And that's all just in one storyline of this episode. The second storyline is all about London getting back from the Toyko Tipton hotel and talks about how great her experience was there and compares it to the Tipton. She ends up telling Mr. Moseby that the lobby is way out of alignment, as she says there's too much feng and not enough shui. ๐Ÿคฃ Mr. Moseby just thinks it's a bunch of mumbo jumbo, but London decides to make changes to the lobby anyway. So, she turns the Tipton hotel into the Tokyo Tipton hotel with all the employees wearing kimonos, Maddie's candy counter being outside, and the lobby having wind chimes, a bridge, and a water fountain.๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ—พ๐Ÿ‘˜๐ŸŽ⛲ Maddie, Esteban, and Mr. Mosby at first don't believe that just by moving furniture around in the lobby it will have any affect on their wealth. Until it does.

As Maddie then finds a $100 bill under the water fountain when they are moving it. ⛲๐Ÿ’ธEsteban gets a telegram from his Uncle Ricardo saying that he just struck oil on their property and therefore his entire family is getting a share of it. And even Mr. Moseby gets excited and starts to believe the mumbo jumbo, when a man comes into the hotel telling him that he just totaled his silver hatchback but he won't be without transportation because he owns a company that specializes in foreign vehicles and promises Mr. Moseby an Italian sports car.

However, right when everything is going good for Maddie, Esteban, and Mr. Moseby, they start getting bad luck again after London gets a call from someone telling her that her yacht sank.๐Ÿšข๐ŸŒŠ Esteban gets a telegram saying that the oil from his uncle's truck was from an underground pipeline and now he has to help pay the oil company back.๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ’ธ Maddie, having already bought a watch with the $100 bill that she found, gets told that the $100 bill she spent on it was a counterfeit. So, she has to go downtown and answer some questions๐Ÿš”๐Ÿ‘ฎ, and Mr. Moseby's foreign vehicle is actually just a red bike that's imported straight from Italy. ๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’“And even London is named #1 on the "Worst Dressed" list but that only ends up being a mistake because...PLOT TWIST...London is the only one who gets her luck back at the end the way it's always been, as finds out that the magazine made a mistake and she is actually on the "Best Dressed" list๐Ÿ‘—, her dad buys her a brand new jet✈, and to top it all off, her dad tells her that some farmer in Central America drilled into a Tipton pipeline and they're gonna take over their ranch and build a brand new vacation house๐Ÿก (Esteban's family's farm๐Ÿ˜ž Aww, poor Esteban๐Ÿคฃ).

As you can probably tell, this is such a funny episode and both storylines are very interesting and entertaining to watch. They also both have great and very important messages/lessons. Those being, that love conquers all and the importance of not believing in all that feng shui stuff because it's not luck, it's just coincidences. I also just LOVE a good play episode, and this is just that, too. ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŽญ This episode also features a young, pre-Wizards of Waverly Place Selena Gomez, which is fun to watch and makes this episode that much more nostalgic. And just a little fun, well-known fact, this was actually Selena Gomez's first Disney Channel appearance and the guest appearance that made her a recurring role on Hannah Montana. She also had her first kiss (I'm assuming ever. Or, at least her first on-screen kiss ever) on this episode,  with Dylan Sprouse (aka Zack). And, don't worry, I don't just like this episode because it features Selena Gomez. I really do just like the whole concept and vibes of this episode. I've seen this episode so many times and I could watch it so many more times over again. It truly never gets old and it's just comforting to watch. When going back to re-watch this episode for this post, I just knew that I would LOVE it because I always have ever since I first saw it when I was a kid when it first premiered on Disney Channel in 2006. Definitely a must-watch for anyone who loves this show or Disney Channel shows in general.๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿ’‹

#2 "What the Hey" S2E21 - Premiered August 5, 2006

Now, this is an episode from the show that I've never talked about on here before, and I'm actually really excited to get to do so now. This is another very NOSTALGIC, very ICONIC, and just UNFORGETTABLE episode for so many reasons. In fact, it's not only one of the BEST episodes from Season 2 but it's one of the BEST from the whole show. Hence, why it's even on this ranking.๐Ÿ’“

In this episode, Zack makes Cody skip school with him and go to the mall to have fun after they miss the bus. They only get by with it at first because Zack calls the school using his mom's voice to say that they're sick with a slight cough due to food poisoning. (Which, is one of the many, very funny moments in this episode.๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿคฃ) Cody is very worried at first that they might get caught but Zack tells him not to worry because he's never been caught before and he's done this once, twice, maybe three times. Enough times, that when he and Cody first enter the mall the employees all know his name and say, "Hey, Zack!"๐Ÿคฃ While at the mall Zack sees an ad showing that Everything Stinks is shooting a music video there that day and there's a drawing for people to be in the video.❤๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽฌ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽธ So, of course, Zack puts him and Cody's names in the drawing.๐Ÿ“But, Cody decides not to use his real name just in case they announce the winner on the radio. So, he writes his name in as Wing Lee, and Zack decides to do the same and writes his name in as Cody Martin. ๐Ÿคฃ

When Cody is still feeling uneasy about being at the mall when he should be at school, Zack insists that he (Cody) have some fun. SPOILER ALERT: Wing Lee (aka Cody) ends up having the BEST DAY of his life after meeting his dream girl (Matese, the lead singer of Everything Stinks), eating deep-fried meat (the #8 hotdog with chili. cheese, sauerkraut, hot pepper, sweet pepper, stuffed with bacon, wrapped in ham, deep-fried, with a light mustard dipping sauce๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸŒญ), and Wing Lee (aka Cody) ends up winning the contest to be in the Everything Stinks video, video, VIDEO. For the video, the director tells Cody that he's playing a kid at the mall having the time of his life. So, he ends up fitting the role perfectly, because that is exactly who he is and what he's doing. In fact, Cody feels like nothing could ruin his day. That is, until Zack and Cody's mom (Carey) shows up while he's filming the music video and they both get caught and grounded for a month with no movies๐ŸŽฅ๐Ÿ“ผ, dessert๐Ÿจ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿซ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ, TV๐Ÿ“บ, music๐ŸŽถ, and for Cody, no reading for fun๐Ÿ“•, all because they skipped school.

The whole music video scene in and of itself is just so ICONIC and very NOSTALGIC. I mean, it is the BEST scene in this whole episode.๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽธ If this episode was just that scene I would be perfectly fine with it, that's how great it is. And the song played in this episode, never fails to get stuck in my head every time after I watch this episode. I was also a little surprised that I still remembered pretty much every lyric of the song before the girl even sang each line in each verse.

There's also a storyline that involves London and Maddie. As London's dad gets remarried and his new wife (London's new stepmom) wants to hang out with London and have some good mother-daughter fun since London's not in school while the nuns are out of town. But, London tells her stepmom that she's been invited to a gala. London's stepmom drops the news that London has to come to live with her new stepmom and her dad so they can be a real family and because her new stepmom doesn't want London running around unsupervised since she's barely 16. And instead of London showing her new stepmom some respect, she shows her the door, so London's new stepmom grounds her from going to the gala.

When Maddie sees London and her new stepmom arguing with each other, she tells them that they just need to find some common ground. That only common ground being their favorite activity...SHOPPING.๐Ÿ‘›๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿ’ธ (Hey, I don't blame 'em. I LOVE shopping, too.๐Ÿ˜Š) But London only agrees to go shopping with her new stepmom if Maddie comes along with them and Maddie only decides to go because London's stepmom promises to buy her whatever she wants. Basically, London and Maddie go shopping with London's new stepmom and when London comes out with an outfit that her stepmom doesn't approve of London tells her that she's not her mom, that she doesn't need her in her life, and that she's basically just another charm on her bracelet (her bracelet full of charms from her other four stepmoms). It's not until Mr. Moseby tells London that at least this new stepmom of hers is trying to have a relationship with her when the other four stepmoms didn't try at all, that London then decides to give her new stepmom (Brandy) a second chance. As she (London) and Brandy both apologize to each other, London for being annoying and for all the mean things she said to Brandy and Brandy apologizes to London for just getting excited about having a new stepdaughter, and they decide to start over as just being friends.๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘

This is an episode that I was anticipating on watching because I've always loved it ever since I was a kid, and every time I watch it it just brings back so many great memories of that time. It's just one of those episode that I literally always get excited to watch because it never gets old, and I was especially excited to watch it because I hadn't seen it in a very, very long time before doing so for this post. It's such a unique, fun, and just very relatable episode. I mean, I'm sure I wanted to stay out of school as a kid after I saw this episode thinking that what happens to Cody in this episode would also happen for me. (Aww..the days of being a kid when all you had to do was go to school.)๐Ÿคฃ

This episode is just a feel-good, very funny, relatable, and entertaining episode with a couple of great messages/lessons. Such as the importance of not judging a book by it's cover, giving someone a chance before you just write them off (as London learns), reaching out to others and doing nice things for them (as Maddie reminds London of that Sister Dominic taught them), not using others for your benefit (as Maddie does in this episode but one shouldn't do that), as well as the importance of having fun (especially when you're a kid), making time for fun in your life, saying "What the hey!" and calling it a day. I enjoyed watching both storylines in this episode but of course my favorite and the better of the two, is the Zack and Cody mall storyline. I think anyone can relate to either one of them. I mean, come on, what kid didn't want to skip school at one time or another? And I also just really appreciate them including the London storyline for kids with divorced parents to relate to and feel seen. 'Cause that's also something that I actually love about this show, that I forgot to mention before, in that it was the first Disney Channel show (and I believe the last) to show kids with divorced parents. As Zack and Cody's mom and dad are divorced, too, not just London's. Which again, coming from someone who has divorced parents too, that's nice to see in a show.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ‘ฉ

So, there are a lot of things to LOVE about this episode and to relate to. However, there is just one thing I don't like about this episode, and that is when Cody goes up to kiss the lead singer of Everything Stinks.๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ’‹ First of all, he was way younger than her to be doing that and I also didn't like that he didn't ask for consent before he just kissed her. I mean, it was a very fast moment, but it was still kind of wrong and weird. But, despite that, I still can't help but LOVE this episode. I think it's all the nostalgia that's hard for me to separate sometimes when choosing these episodes. But, hey (no, pun intended), what can I say? I certainly don't agree with that one thing, but there's still so many other good things about this episode that I do LOVE which makes it hard for me not to like. Especially, just for the MUSIC. 'Cause as I've mentioned before, I just love, love, LOVE when an episode includes some kind of musical aspect and this one does just that in an interesting way.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽธ

Some of the funniest/most memorable quotes from this episode:

~After Zack and Cody miss the school bus: Zack says, "Who cares? It's only school" and Cody says, "Only school? Only School, which will give me the tools to help fight disease, war, and poverty." and Zack says, "I'm just there marking time until I'm old enough to buy lottery tickets."๐Ÿคฃ

~After Zack tells Cody they should head to the mall, Cody says, "You wanna cut school?" and Zack says, "Why not? Look at you. What do you do all day?" and Cody says, "Schoolwork." and Zack says, "And what do you do when we get home?" and Cody says, "Homework." and Zack says, "And on the weekends?" and Cody says, "Weekend work." and Zack says, "There's no such thing as weekend work! That's it. I'm taking you to the mall with me." ๐Ÿคฃ And then Cody says, "I don't know about this" and Zack says, "Well, I do. We'll kick back eat a cookie the size of your head and have a great time! Sometimes you just gotta say, "What the hey?""๐Ÿคฃ

~When Maddie tells London all about her dad (Mr. Tipton) getting remarried and his new wife being on the cover of Trophy Wife Magazine, she asks London what she knows about it and London only knows that they eloped and she wasn't there because as she tells Maddie, "My dad doesn't like to waste money on weddings because he prefers to save it on more important things, divorce attorneys."๐Ÿคฃ

~After Zack, Cody and Bob escape the women's clothing section of the mall trying to hide from Carey, Cody says, "That was fun! The feeling you might get caught at any moment" and Zack says, "I know. It never wears off."๐Ÿคฃ

~When the director tells Cody that he's playing a kid at the mall having the time of his life and tells him to think of something happy to get himself in the mood, Cody says, "Like I've cut school for the first time, eatin' a deep-fried hotdog, and snuck away from my mother without her seeing me, giving me the biggest thrill of my life?!"๐Ÿคฃ

~When Carey says, "Zack, I can't believe that you cut school. Cody, I really can't believe you. What were you thinking?!" and Cody says, "I was thinking Zack was right. I was the stick in the mud who only thought about homework and grades. But today...Today, I had fun! I said ," What the hey, and lived!"๐Ÿคฃ(as he then goes to kiss the lead singer, Matisse)

~When London is telling Mr. Moseby how angry she is at her stepmother and Mr. Moseby tells London that at least her stepmom is doing something that her other four stepmoms haven't and  London says like what, and Mr. Moseby says, "She's trying...Remember how #3 just called you "that kid"?" and London says, "Oh yes, I remember her. THAT woman." ๐Ÿคฃ

#1 "Have a Nice Trip" S2E18 - Premiered July 7, 2006

This is the BEST and my MOST FAVORITE episode from Season 2 and just one of the best and my most favorites from the whole show because, I mean, how could it not be? This is THE episode that I always think of FIRST whenever I think about this season of the show. In fact, it's one of the first episodes that I think about whenever I think about the show in general. It's just so, so ICONIC and NOSTALGIC and it has EVERYTHING a great episode should have.๐Ÿ’—

In this episode, Zack loses his skateboard, so Cody and Carey try to help him find it in the hotel lobby.๐Ÿ›น At the same time, two hotel guests arrive at the Tipton, a father (Harry) and his daughter (Holly).๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ง๐ŸŽ€ Harry trips on Zack's skateboard, falls and breaks his neck. But really, Harry and his daughter Holly are con-artists and so they con Mr. Moseby and everyone else who saw him fall in the hotel lobby, into thinking that he actually did fall and is hurt.๐Ÿค•๐Ÿฉน๐Ÿ›นTherefore, persuading Mr. Moseby into giving him a free hotel room with a view๐Ÿจ๐ŸŒ†, a gigantic fruit basket๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ“, a free day at the Tipton Spa๐Ÿ›๐Ÿงผ๐Ÿ’†, and a free dinner๐Ÿฝ. Zack is adamant to Mr. Moseby and everyone that he did NOT leave his skateboard on the hotel lobby floor for just anyone to trip and fall on, but of course, nobody believes him.๐Ÿ˜”

Meanwhile, while Harry's living it up in a grand ole suite, his daughter Holly is doing some coning herself by taking peoples money.๐Ÿ‘ง๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ And I just have to say, Holly is the best part of this whole episode. Even though she's a bad person for what she's doing, she has some of the best line deliveries, and it's just comedic gold.๐ŸคฃShe first makes Cody feel bad that she doesn't have any money to play games in the game room, so Cody lends her some money of his for her to be able to play.๐ŸŽฎThen she tricks Zack into having a playoff game so that if she wins (which she does) she gets paid double what Zack and Cody loaned her.๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธShe cons Maddie into playing a card game with her for all the candy at the candy counter and of course she (Holly) wins it all leaving Maddie with no candy to sell to the hotel guests. ๐Ÿ‚ก๐Ÿ‚ฃ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธThen she cons Esteban into buying some of her Wilderness Girl cookies, but see, she's not a Wilderness Girl and she lies to him saying that his cookies will get to him "in 3 weeks from never" (as I say in her voice). ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธThe same cookies she conned Cody into buying a dozen of and Mr. Moseby into buying 20 boxes of. ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿคฃ

My favorite line/moment in this episode has always been when after Holly plays the card game with Maddie and takes all her candy, she tries to convince Maddie to play with her again so she can try to win it all back, but Maddie basically tells Holly that she doesn't have any candy left to give if she were to lose again and Holly looks down at Maddie's hand and says one of the most ICONIC lines from the show and just the BEST line in this whole episode, "I like your watch."๐Ÿคฃ⌚ And she gives this like evil look when she says and it's just so funny.

Again, that's just one of the most quotable lines to me from the show. It's definitely a line I've said randomly at times in my everyday life just to be funny. It's also very funny when throughout this episode the creepy, kid, ice-cream truck-type music plays every time Holly walks out of a room after doing one of her schemes to someone.๐Ÿง๐Ÿฆ ⛟๐ŸŽถThis is also the bee episode. ๐Ÿ You know, when Cody gets stung on his nose by one of the bees that fly into the vent he and Zack are trying to hide in. That scene was actually the only thing I had forgotten about this episode for some reason, but it's also one of the more ICONIC and funniest moments from this episode and the whole show in general. Now, back to the premise of this episode...

Zack knows that something is up from the very beginning of Harry falling on his skateboard, so he and Cody sneak into the vent atop Harry's suite and they end up seeing Harry and Holly dancing with joy, therefore proving for a fact that Harry's been faking his back injury all along.๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ Zack and Cody try to tell Mr. Moseby about what they saw, but of course he doesn't believe them. So they tell Maddie and their mom (Carey), and they do believe them. So, they (Zack, Cody, Maddie and Carey) then come up with a plan to catch Harry in his lies and to get Cranky Pants๐Ÿ‘–๐Ÿคฃ(aka Mr. Moseby) to see Harry for the con artist he is. Their plan, "Operation Smoke Out the Rat", ends up involving Maddie acting as a physical therapist, named Olga, and she and Carey doing a little physical therapy on Harry.

SPOILER ALERT...Holly ends up hearing her dad screaming from his hotel room and so she goes running in to check on him, but when she does she trips and falls on the water from the hot rocks that were spilled on the floor by Maddie and Carey.♨๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿค• Causing Harry to immediately get up from the bed and save his daughter from her fall. Mr. Moseby then sees that Harry has made a "remarkable recovery", proving to Mr. Moseby that Zack was right all along, and so Mr. Moseby apologizes to Zack for not believing him. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’—Harry also apologizes to Mr. Moseby at the very end before he and Holly leave the hotel for good, and he promises to pay back every penny they owe him.๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ฐHolly even tells Mr. Moseby she has learned her lesson and Harry promises that from now on they're gonna walk the straight and narrow. But not before, Holly then cons the doorman into giving her some money on their way out of the hotel.๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ‘ง๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฃ

This is an episode that I couldn't wait to re-watch again and it didn't disappoint. Of course, it never does. I just have such fond memories of watching this episode when I was younger, which makes it super nostalgic to me. This is one of those episodes that I just knew would be on this ranking as one of the BEST, and I actually figured that it would be my #1 favorite from Season 2 before going into this and...well, I was right because here it is at #1. So, I wasn't really curious to re-watch this episode at all. Just more so EXCITED. Literally, it's so hard to describe what I feel about this episode. I just love, love, LOVE it so much!๐Ÿ’—

Remember when I mentioned at the beginning of this post that I was re-watching this show as I was also re-watching all of the Mary-Kate and Ashley movies? Yeah, well, it was interesting because I watched this episode right around the same time I had just finished watching Switching Goals, and it's such a coincidence because the dad in Switching Goals is the same guy who plays the dad in this episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.⚽๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š He also played in another ICONIC series of Mary-Kate and Ashley's that I LOVE called, So Little Time.๐Ÿ’™ So, no wonder I've always liked this episode. It's just double the nostalgia.

I've seen this episode so many times throughout my life and I could watch it so many more times over again because it truly never gets old no matter how many times you watch it. In fact, it's one of the few episodes from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody where I know all the lines the characters say before they even say it and every scene that happens before it even happens. Yes, I've seen it that many times.๐Ÿ˜Š Besides having all the nostalgia, this episode has the comedy, the mystery/suspense (if you've never seen it before), and it has a great message/lesson. That message/lesson is about the importance of not coning people or taking people's things underhandedly. 'Cause it's wrong on so many levels. As well as, the importance of not lying to people because when you're actually telling the truth it could be hard for people to believe you. It's just one of the more unique episodes from any Disney Channel show and a must-watch for anyone to enjoy.๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ€๐Ÿ›น๐Ÿจ

THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK & CODY: SEASON 3

(from least to most favorite)...

#4 "Mr. Tipton Comes to Visit" S3E22 - Premiered September 1, 2008

I'll just say it now, Season 3 of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is not my favorite. So, this being one of my Top 4 picks kind of explains how good of a season it really is, because there really isn't much to this episode. As it's mostly just full of flashback montages. Now, don't get me wrong, I still like this episode. Hence, why I even chose to include it on this ranking. But, just being honest, it's not like the BEST episode ever. Though, after re-watching all of Season 3 of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, this episode is definitely one of the better episodes from it.

As this episode is all about, as the title suggests, Mr. Tipton coming to visit the hotel. Although, don't get too excited because we never actually get to see Mr. Tipton's face. (Which you think this would have been the episode for them to actually show it. But they don't.) Anyways, so Mr. Moseby is trying to make sure that everything is in order and that Zack and Cody are somewhere, anywhere, but the hotel lobby for when Mr. Tipton arrives. 'Cause if Mr. Tipton is in a good mood one of the employees will get a $50,000 bonus.๐Ÿ’ธ This episode then becomes everyone explaining to each other why they should be the one to get the bonus all for different reasons, and for each reason they mention, a flashback is shown of that moment (good deed) that happened in the show.

Maddie thinks she deserves the bonus because she saved the ambassador, she saved the hotel from being sued by a con man, and without her babysitting Zack and Cody once, who knows what would have happened to the hotel.๐Ÿจ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฆ Of course, Mr. Moseby believes that he should get the raise because he's the only one that's kept the hotel from falling apart. But Zack and Cody think that their mom (Carey) should get the bonus. Well, Zack wants her to get the bonus just so she can spend the money on them.๐Ÿคฃ But even Arwin says that Carey deserves the bonus because as he says, "when she sings the birds fling themselves to the ground probably out of jealousy."๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ And Carey thinks she deserves it because she mentions that if it wasn't for her, they (the Tipton) wouldn't have that great commercial.๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽฌ๐Ÿ“บBut Arwin says if Carey doesn't get the bonus he deserves it, because he's done a lot to help out the hotel with all the inventions he's made and for also helping them win the bowling tournament that one time.๐Ÿค–๐ŸŽณ

However, when Mr. Tipton arrives to the hotel in a bad mood๐Ÿ˜ , having thrown German chocolate cake (his favorite, according to Mr. Moseby and London) on Arwin's head from his private jet or helicopter (whichever one)๐ŸŽ‚, then all the employees are worried about which one of them is getting fired. Except Maddie, as she's the only one who thinks she's safe from getting fired because she is best friends with London.๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง Zack and Cody have a plan to save their jobs, to stop any one of the employees from getting fired, but everyone just ignores them (Zack and Cody). Until the employees learn about their plan when...SPOILER ALERT...Mr. Moseby backs into the center table in the lobby causing the vase to break and Muriel says, "I'm not cleaning that up!", and then Mr. Tipton tells Muriel she's fired but Muriel doesn't even work there anymore (having retired 2 years prior) leaving Maddie and the others to wonder what Muriel is even doing there then, and Zack and Cody tell them it was a part of their plan all along.

They called Muriel so that Mr. Tipton would fire her and not the others.๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ‘ต That being Zack's last words of the show, him saying that they called Muriel and Cody's last words of the show being, "We figured, if somebody should get fired, it shouldn't be someone who worked here." ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ And then all the employees thank Zack and Cody for saving their jobs, including Mr. Moseby. Which by the way, I have my questions about that whole plan of theirs, because what if Mr. Moseby wouldn't have broken the vase and therefore Muriel wouldn't have said anything about cleaning it up, then what? How would they have known that Mr. Tipton was just going to see Muriel and automatically pick her to be the one to get fired? Questions, questions. So many questions I have about that.๐Ÿค” But whatever, the ending here works for what it is and it's pretty great.๐Ÿ˜Š

This episode is actually quite bittersweet, obviously because it's the very last episode of the show.๐Ÿ˜ข So, I did kind of get a little emotional watching it again. But, this was actually NOT the first time in a long time that I had seen this episode because I actually just had re-watched this episode last year for my New Years post that I did, here. So, it was still pretty fresh in my mind and therefore nothing really surprised me about it. I was only a little curious to watch this episode again because after having watched the entire series from beginning to end and then finally getting to this episode, it made it make a little more sense and made it a little more special than the last time that I had watched it out of order.

Like I mentioned before, this episode did make me emotional but not overly emotional, just  because I thought it could have been a little better. In other words, I have sort of mixed feelings about this episode. I definitely feel like it should have been a longer episode, like an hour. 'Cause 22 minutes was just not enough for me, especially because it was just mostly filled with flashback montages. I don't know what exactly, but I just wanted something a little more from this episode and I didn't get that while re-watching it this time around. Don't get me wrong though, because I do LOVE all the flashback montages in this episode. I also love that this episode just included all the original characters from the first season. Yes, even Muriel. Except Esteban is not in this episode, which was kind of disappointing๐Ÿ˜ž, but he was shown in the flashbacks. So technically he is still present in this episode.๐Ÿ˜€The flashbacks in this episode are also great because they included some clips from some of my favorite episodes that I've mentioned on here already, which is cool.๐Ÿ‘

All in all, this is a good finale episode but I wouldn't say it's one of the BEST Disney Channel finale episodes from a show. However, it's still an UNFORGETTABLE episode (as first and last episodes of a show usually are), and I would choose to watch this episode again. 'Cause it's very funny, very nostalgic, and I LOVE the message of this episode about the importance of having faith in people. Something that Mr. Moseby learns by the end of this episode when it comes to Zack and Cody.❤๐Ÿจ

#3 "Graduation" S3E1 Premiered June 23, 2007

Now, this is an episode that literally almost didn't make it onto this ranking. But, that's only because I had a hard time choosing between this episode and the one titled, "Team Tipton". Again, I literally had the "Team Tipton" episode here at #3 initially, but then I changed it last minute to this one. And honestly, I'm so glad that I did, because this episode just screams what Season 3 is all about. It's always been one of the more ICONIC and UNFORGETTABLE episodes to me. At first I just wanted to add the "Team Tipton" episode here because it's just a little funnier and it has a great message/lesson but this episode is very funny, too and it also has a great message/lesson and it also doesn't have any of those added extra characters that I don't like from later episodes of Season 3. Ultimately, this episode deserves its spot on this ranking for many reasons.❤๐Ÿ’™

In this episode, it's GRADUATION time for Zack and Cody.๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿซ❤๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ“ƒ As they are graduating middle school and do all the graduation things. Well, one of them is graduating and is the class valedictorian. That twin being Cody. As Zack learns that he failed English and therefore won't be graduating with his class.๐Ÿ˜ข Cody tells Zack that their mom is really going to be mad when she finds out that Zack is not graduating but tells him that he should just be honest with her. However, Zack decides to not go through with telling his mom the truth after his mom tries to make him a cake and his (and Cody's) dad comes to town after taking time off his tour just to surprise them and be there for their graduation.๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ‰

So, Zack literally manages to trick his parents into thinking that he actually graduated by going through the whole middle school graduation ceremony with a stolen cap and gown from another student. He feels even worse about telling the truth after Mr. Moseby gifts him and Cody a nice gift and their dad even gives him (Zack) his favorite vintage guitar for working so hard. ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‚ But, SPOILER ALERT...he finally breaks and tells the truth at the graduation party, after his mom and dad hug him and say how proud they are of him. His mom ends up being disappointed that he didn't graduate but is only more disappointed at him for just not being honest with her and pulling this crazy stunt that he did. And Zack has to accept the fact that he has to attend summer school.๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒ…๐Ÿ˜”

Meanwhile, there's also a second storyline that involves Maddie (and London) and summer camp. As right when Maddie and London are talking to each other about what they're doing for summer vacation, Sister Dominic comes to the Tipton offering London a job as camp counselor for the summer at Camp Heaven on Earth.๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒLondon of course turns the job down as she says she already has a summer job, doing nothing by spending time on her yacht. ๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸšขSo, Sister Dominic then asks Maddie if she would like to do it, and Maddie happily accepts the offer because she's never been to camp before and now she gets paid to go, so it's a win-win.๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ’ธ However, Camp Heaven on Earth ends up not being like what Maddie saw on the brochure. As she has to look after four juvenile delinquents who are just "savages" (as Maddie calls them). One of the girls is an impulsive liar, one has anger issues, one doesn't talk, and then there's Holly. Yes, the con-artist from that episode I mentioned before. Maddie ends up telling Sister Dominic that she quits but when Sister Dominic tells her that she'll just then have to close down the camp and all the girls will have to go home, because she doesn't have anyone else to counsel them,...SPOILER ALERT...Maddie then feels bad when she sees the girls sad faces about having to leave camp so she decides to stay but only if they promise to treat her with respect.๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ง

This is not only a fun graduation episode to watch for those of you graduating or having already graduated to reminisce on, but it's also a great summer episode with Maddie's storyline and all.❤๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒ… Plus, I mean, this episode did premiere in the summer. So, this episode has all the summer vibes, graduation vibes, it's very funny, relatable, nostalgic, and it has a couple of great messages/lessons. Such as knowing that honesty is always the best policy and the importance of treating others with respect.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š It's also one of the few episodes from Season 3 that Maddie is in, which is always a plus. One of the funniest moments in this episode is when Cody tells Zack that their mom is really going to be mad when she finds out that he didn't graduate and Zack says, "Well, she can't be too mad when she finds out I saved a life (as he then tries to get Cody to choke on something)."๐ŸคฃOkay, obviously trying to make somebody choke on something is not funny at all but it's not like he was actually going to do it and his delivery of that joke was just really funny. That's definitely a joke you need to watch to understand, but I thought that whole scene was really funny as well as the whole graduation scene when Zack is pretending to graduate. Hysterical.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“ƒ๐Ÿ‘ฆ

Even though it hadn't been that long since I had last watched this episode, as I re-watched this episode just two years ago during the summer after I graduated college (Wow, I can't believe it's already been that long๐Ÿ˜ฎ❤๐ŸŽ“), I was still very excited to watch this episode again. In fact, I liked this episode the last time I had watched it and I liked it even more this time around when re-watching it. Which was a little surprising because I really didn't think this would be one of my Top 4 favorites. But here it is at #3.  I don't know why I originally thought that this episode wouldn't be on here because I do have very fond memories of watching this episode as a kid when it first premiered on Disney Channel and even, as I just mentioned before, when I watched it a couple of years ago with my sisters when I graduated college. I remember as a kid always loving the episodes when Maddie was at camp.๐Ÿ’š๐ŸคŽ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒSo, younger me (kid me) definitely loved this episode more so for the Maddie, camp storyline, but now I actually LOVE and enjoyed watching both storylines from this episode. The Maddie camp scenes are just very ICONIC and a little more NOSTALGIC to me. But, the Zack storyline is very funny and relatable which I LOVE.๐Ÿ’™❤๐Ÿ’š

One thing I also just love about this episode is that in this episode they kind of show that it's okay if a student doesn't graduate, because some kids don't graduate at the same time as their peers, because things happen and everyone grows and learns at their own pace.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I think that's very important and I'm glad they showed that even though I think Carey could have been a little more sympathetic towards Zack at the end and that it wasn't just about the whole honesty thing when it came down to that situation. I mean, yes, it's very important to be honest and not lie to your parents or anyone, but they could have ended that storyline a little better and had gone a little deeper as to why he didn't graduate because he needed help in English. So, yeah, overall I don't think the Zack storyline was wrapped up in the best way but it's still a great storyline and makes for a very funny episode. An episode that I wouldn't mind watching again and again. Definitely a must-watch for anyone to enjoy.๐Ÿ˜Š❤๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒž

#2 "Romancing the Phone" S3E18 - Premiered April 19, 2008

This is actually an episode from the show that I had totally forgotten about until I saw it again and I was like, "Oh, yeahhh. I remember this episode." I was actually a little shocked that I had totally forgotten that this episode even existed at first, and I'm really kind of shocked that it ended up here at #2 as being one of my most favorites from the whole season. But, it definitely deserves its spot on this ranking because it truly is a GREAT episode.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿค

As this episode is all about Zack and Cody trying to impress their dates, with some help from a kid they meet in the hotel elevator, Travis (Jaden Smith). Travis helps Cody learn some master karate moves to impress Barbara, after he (Cody) wants to deny the fact that Barbara is better than him at karate.๐Ÿฅ‹ Zack wants to impress his girl, Dakota (Kelsey Chow from Pair of Kings and Den Brother), and Cody suggests cooking her a gourmet meal just like he did to win over Barbara.๐Ÿš๐Ÿฅข๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ—พ So, Zack does just that, with help from Travis. But, Travis only promises to help out Zack and Cody with their dates if they promise to take him bowling. You know, because he's been stuck in Monte Carlo learning to be a chef before and he's studied martial arts in Japan, but he's never been bowling before.๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸŽณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿš๐Ÿฅ ๐Ÿฅ‹๐Ÿ—พ

After Cody shows Barbara the karate moves he learned from Travis, just to show her that she's the weaker sex, Barbara of course gets upset about his sexist attitude and un-evolved-ness and leaves. Cody then feels bad and he asks Travis for help to perform a Japanese tea ceremony for Barbara and her grandmother, to make it up to Barbara for the way he acted.๐Ÿ—พ๐Ÿต๐Ÿ‘˜ SPOILER ALERT: Zack's date, Dakota, also ends up finding out that he (Zack) didn't actually cook their meal and kind of gets upset. But when Zack is just honest with her and tells her that he just wanted to impress her, she decides to give him a second chance because as she says, "Any guy who goes to this much trouble, deserves a second chance." Cody attempts to do the Japanese tea ceremony with Barbara and her grandmother, with help from Travis, but he just messes it all up and when Barbara tells him that it's usually done by a woman Cody tells her (Barbara) that he was just trying to prove that he is not a sexist pig and Barbara ends up forgiving Cody just because he went through all this effort to impress her and her grandmother. Cody tells Barbara that he really did it for her and then they kiss.๐Ÿ’ (Awww)๐Ÿ‘

Meanwhile, in a secondary storyline, London finds a cell phone and asks Maddie if it belongs to anybody.๐Ÿ“žWhen Maddie says it doesn't, and she is set to go put it in the lost and found, London tells her (Maddie) they should check and see what kind of stuff is on it first. They see that the name of the owner of the phone is David, he likes Vivaldi music๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽถ, his wallpaper is Van Gogh's Irises (Maddie's favorite painting)๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ–Œ๐ŸŽ•๐Ÿ–ผhe's a rich, charming cellist who works to save the rainforest๐ŸŽป๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒฑ, he volunteers at the Feed the Needy Foundation (also Maddie's favorite charity) and much more. Therefore, Maddie believes she is destined to be with the owner of this phone because she likes all the same things that he does according to the phone.๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ“ž So, then she doesn't want to give the cell phone up, until the guy (David) comes to get it himself so she can meet him. As she then can't stop daydreaming about her and David together. She daydreams of them going to a concert to see David perform Vivaldi's Four Seasons๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽป๐ŸŽถ, them swinging from a vine together๐ŸŒด, and being doctors together, giving someone surgery in the middle of the hotel lobby๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿค•๐Ÿš‘.

London ends up answering the call, on the lost cell phone, telling Maddie that David is going to meet up with the founder of the phone at the hotel later that day. So, Maddie gets all dressed up and ready to meet this guy (David), but when it comes time that he's supposed to be there and she doesn't see him, she thinks she's been stood up and that she'll never have a storybook ending and just wind up being bitter and all alone. (A little dramatic, but okay, Maddie.๐Ÿคฃ) Right when Maddie tells London she doesn't ever want to hear from David again, he sends a text to the cell phone she has of his, apologizing for not showing up, saying that he got held up at medical school๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ“‹๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿค•๐Ÿš‘. And, of course, Maddie gets instantly happy again.๐Ÿ˜Š

SPOILER ALERT: Maddie invites London, Carey, and Mr. Moseby to meet the mystery phone guy, at the time that she's supposed to finally get to meet him herself, and Carey says, "See, Maddie. There are happy endings." and London says, "It may not be so happy. For all we know, he could be hideous."๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜ž Yeah, that comment by London was the only thing I didn't like about this episode. Just because I don't agree with judging people by their looks, when loving someone is not supposed to be all about that. It was just kind of rude and unnecessary, but coming from London, it's not really a surprise because she is so oblivious to the world around her and of course only cares about that kind of stuff and money. But, then Mr. Moseby also joins London in making fun of the guy once they see him, and I also didn't like that about this episode.๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜ž

Although, I do like how Maddie goes on to say (before she meets David), "I don't care if he's short, fat (Even though I don't like that word being used, either. I would have preferred she had said "thick" not "fat"), tall, or thin" and then the owner of the cell phone shows up and he turns out to be an older guy. Much older than Maddie that is. Maddie introduces herself to him and says by the looks of his phone he has a lot of class, and then she gives him his phone back and he (David) thanks her (Maddie) for taking care of it and asks to buy her hot chocolate.๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿ‘ฉ☕☕ So, they go on a little hot chocolate date and Maddie has a great time with David because they do still have all those same things in common that I mentioned before. And at the end of their little hot chocolate date, David asks Maddie if she's single because he has a grandson named Jeffrey (Drew Seeley), who ends up being the guy who was in her daydreams. And at that moment I was like okay good, because I don't agree with a  teen girl like Maddie just dating an older man like David and I forgot where the storyline was going at first and knew there had to be a catch, which there was. But it was great that Maddie still went on a friendly date with David and didn't just make fun of him or ditch him.๐Ÿ’“

Again, even though I had initially forgotten about this episode, I was reminded of some fond memories I have of watching this episode when I was a kid/tween/teen while re-watching it this time around. I actually enjoyed both storylines of this episode, and that is rare when it comes to Season 3 of this show. In fact, I was very happy once I saw this episode because it actually felt like a normal Suite Life of Zack & Cody episode, one like Season 2. Unlike, the episodes I had re-watched that came before this one. As this is one of the few episodes from Season 3 with Maddie in it. So, it's great that this episode just had some of the original characters and not the new characters they added in Season 3. Also, as I mentioned before, Drew Seeley is in this episode. So, it makes it even that much more of a fun, interesting, and very nostalgic episode. I mean, who didn't have a kid crush on Drew Seeley from when he was on Another Cinderella Story? Guilty, again.✋๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜„

Overall, this episode just made me laugh a lot and it's one of the more interesting, unique, and entertaining episodes from the show. It's also quite educational, as viewers can learn a little bit about the Japanese culture with the whole tea ceremony scene.๐Ÿ—พ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿต๐Ÿ‘˜๐Ÿš๐Ÿฅข This episode also has some great messages/lessons, too, which is always a plus. Such messages like the importance of keeping your promises to others, not lying, not being afraid to give people a second chance when they truly deserve it, not being sexist, not judging a book by it's cover, and knowing that life can be a fairytale and you can get your happily ever after, storybook ending in the most unlikely and unexpected places. Now that I remember this episode, I will certainly never forget it again, and I will for sure go back and re-watch this episode again one day. Especially when I need a good laugh.๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’“

#1 "Lip Synchin' in the Rain" S3E9 - August 12, 2007

Now, this is the BEST and my MOST FAVORITE episode from not only Season 3 but from the whole show for one good reason,...HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿค๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŽฅ Yep, this episode is all about a play on the first High School Musical movie, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody style. I mean, what more could one want from an episode? For me, nothing. That's all I needed to LOVE this episode.๐Ÿ’“ No, but seriously, I mostly do just love, love, LOVE this episode because of the whole High School Musical aspect of it all, but I also LOVE it because it's one of the few singing and dancing episodes from the show. It's a musical-themed and a play-themed episode all in one. I mean, this episode is just truly UNFORGETTABLE and so ICONIC. It's also very, very NOSTALGIC to me. Like majority of the episodes on this ranking are, but this one being one of the most NOSTAGLIC, just because it has double the nostalgia with all the High School Musical stuff.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’“

Not only is this one of the BEST episodes from the show because it's all about High School Musical (the BEST Disney Channel Original Movie out there) but it's also one of the BEST, specifically from Season 3, just because it's one of the few episodes with Maddie in it. I wasn't at all curious to re-watch this episode just more so VERY EXCITED, because I know this episode so well. So, I already knew what to expect from it, as it's one of those episodes that I literally know all the lines the characters say before they even say it and all the scenes that happen before they even happen. The timing of when I watched this episode was also a coincidence because when I had finally gotten to this episode on my re-watch I had also just re-watched the actual High School Musical movie with my sisters. So, it was perfect timing because I was still in that High School Musical mood. But I'm never not in the mood to watch something High School Musical related, so there's that.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’“

As in this episode Cody, Maddie and London are auditioning for their school play on, none other than, High School Musical.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿค๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽฅ At first, before he finds out that the play is on High School Musical, Cody hopes the play is on Agamemnon by Aeschylus because he's prepared an audition monologue in the original Greek.๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸŽญ But when Cody does find out that they're doing the school play on High School Musical, he wants to play the part of Troy and Maddie hopes to get the role of Sharpay because as she tells Cody, "You know a lot of people tell me I look just like the girl who plays her" but everyone throughout this episode just acts like they don't see the resemblance at all, which is just so funny.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽญ I LOVE how this episode breaks the fourth wall with that whole Maddie/ Sharpay thing, as it just makes it that much more funny and unique. But Maddie also mentions to Cody that she's never gotten the lead in a play before and that she just wants to get a part where she doesn't have to wear a beard.๐Ÿง”๐Ÿคฃ And Zack, who doesn't like theater, only shows up because he got detention and had to either work backstage or clean toilets and he flipped a coin, which got him there, working backstage for the play.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿšฝ๐ŸŽญ

SPOILER ALERT: Cody ends up getting the role of Troy and goes full method actor, living the role of a jock 24/7๐Ÿ’“, London gets the role of Shar-pee (aka Sharpay๐Ÿ’™)๐Ÿคฃ, Antonio gets the role of Ryan๐Ÿ’š, and Maddie gets the role of Sharpay's understudy❤. Therefore, Maddie gets very upset that she didn't get the role of Sharpay because as she tells Zack, she can sing, dance, and act.๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŽญ And when she asks the theater teacher (Mr. Blaine) why she didn't get the part of Sharpay, he says it's because she's too nice and Sharpay is a really mean character.๐Ÿ˜  But Maddie is convinced that she can be mean, and when Antonio tells Maddie that the real reason why London got the part of Sharpay is because her dad is financing a Broadway run of Mr. Blaine's play Floss, she (Maddie) gets even more upset.๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿฆท Maddie even goes to confront London about her dad just buying her the part of Sharpay, but London doesn't care and says how sweet that was of her dad to do that and she leaves to go call and thank him for it.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ“ž

After a bad rehearsal, Antonio ends up telling the theater teacher (Mr. Blaine) that he cannot work with London and that he will not risk his professional reputation performing with an amateur because talent scouts are coming to see him and "London is bopping him right to the bottom." And when Cody overhears this, as captain of the team, he tells Mr. Blaine that he thinks Antonio is right. That they should bench London. Zack tells Mr. Blaine that he should give London's role to Maddie because she deserves it more. At first, Mr. Blaine doesn't want to take London out of the role of Sharpay just because he wants to see his other play Floss on Broadway. But even London doesn't want to embarrass herself in front of her dad and when Mr. Blaine learns that London's dad is coming to the play to see her be good, he says that they'll do what they did in the movie Singing in the Rain (And when everyone looked at London like she was crazy for not knowing what Singing in the Rain was, I was with her on that because I still don't even know what that movie is๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฃ). Meaning that London will lip sync while Maddie is behind the curtain doing the actual singing.๐ŸŽค Maddie at first doesn't like that idea because it involves her doing all the work once again and London getting all the credit. She says she's sick of being nice and she won't do it, until the whole team then begs her to, and so she decides to do it.๐Ÿ‘ However, she doesn't do it for London to impress her dad but for, as she says, "all her fellow actors who never caught a break in the topsy-turvy world they call "show business"."

SPOILER ALERT: During the official night of the play, Zack decides to give Maddie the credit that she deserves by showing everyone that she's actually the one behind the mic.๐ŸŽคSo, during London and Antonio's performance of "Bop to the Top", Zack ends up accidentally pulling the wrong string causing the curtain to fall down behind London and Antonio revealing Maddie singing the song, Antonio leaves the stage and Maddie takes his place leaving her and London to finish off the song and performance. The audience ends up loving it but Antonio doesn't, so he decides to come back onstage to interrupt their performance but Zack and Cody go onstage to stop him (Antonio) and they all five end up onstage singing and dancing along to "Bop to the Top".๐Ÿ’™❤๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŽถ After their performance, when the crowd is cheering for them, Maddie says to London, "See London, your dad is proud of you. I told you you can do it." (Um, not really, Maddie. But okay๐Ÿคฃ) and London says, "Wow, Maddie. You really are nice. No wonder you didn't get the role of Sharpay."๐Ÿคฃ

As you can see, I just basically re-typed what this whole episode is about. Sorry, I couldn't help it. But as you can also tell, this episode is SO GREAT, so entertaining, unique and special. At least to me, it is. It has the comedy, the relatability, the music, the singing, the dancing, the emotional moments, the friendship moments, the brotherly moments, the drama, the nostalgic moments, just EVERYTHING you could want from a GREAT episode. This episode also has a lot of great messages/lessons that one can take away while watching it. Such as the importance of never giving up on your dream(s) or when it comes to anything you want to do in life, just never give, not deceiving people, not using your fame or money to get ahead in life, celebrating other peoples' successes even if they're not your own, as well as the importance of helping others, and lifting others up instead of trying to tear them down just to get what you want or what they have. I've seen this episode so many times throughout my life and I could watch it so many more times over again. It's just such a feel-good episode that makes me laugh and gives me all the warm, happy feelings inside. And every time after I watch this episode it just makes me want to watch High School Musical again or at least play the album on repeat.๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿค๐Ÿ“บ๐Ÿ’ฟ

There's so many ICONIC and funny moments in this one episode. Such as the whole audition scene when Cody auditions with a song by Gilbert and Sullivan❤๐ŸŽน๐ŸŽป๐ŸŽ, Maddie auditions with the song "Bop to the Top" from HSM๐Ÿ’™, and London shows up singing her own song called "London Tipton's Really Great". And that song in and of itself is so funny and ICONIC as London sings, "London Tipton's really great, really great, really great / London Tipton's really great / And deserves the opposite of hate, which is love."๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’“๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽค And then Antonio auditions with the ICONIC and also very funny floss dance song.๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿฆท Another very funny and ICONIC scene from this episode is when London goes to Carey for singing lessons and the whole "fa-so-la-ti-doughhh!" musical scale moment. Hilarious.๐ŸคฃWe also get the ICONIC performance of "Bop to the Top" from Maddie, London and Zack and Cody. And speaking of "Bop to the Top", we not only get to hear that song once in this episode but THREE different times, which is always a plus.๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ƒ

This is an episode that I couldn't wait to get to watch again after so long of having not seen it before doing this, and it didn't disappoint. It never does. I knew this would be my most favorite episode from Season 3 and here it is at #1, deservingly so. I have such fond memories of watching this episode when I was younger. In fact, because I was so young at the time that this episode came out, and that this show came out, this episode is one of the few episodes from the show that I still remember the commercials leading up to the premiere of it, in 2007. I mean, how could anyone forget? I remember the premiere of this episode being a pretty big deal, because High School Musical was like the biggest thing at the time and High School Musical 2 was coming out, so this episode being all about that franchise made it so exciting to want to watch. This episode was a favorite of mine when I was younger and there's no question about it still being one of my favorites even now and it will be forever.๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’“

Okay, we just saw the Suite Life version of "Bop to the Top", now let's watch the oh-so-ICONIC original version from HSM. 'Cause I mean, why not, right?

Well, that concludes my ranking of the Top 12 BEST Episodes from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody!๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’“ Did you enjoy your stay at the Tipton?๐Ÿ˜Š No, but for real, I really enjoyed getting to go back and re-watch this show from the very beginning to the very end and getting to share my thoughts and opinions about it here with you. And I hope that you enjoyed reading them.

Even though I now have quite a different perspective of this show, being that I don't like it as much as I did when I was a kid/tween/teen, it's still one of my FAVORITE Disney Channel shows EVER and I really did enjoy watching it again after so long of having not seen it. And I'm actually kind of sad that my time of re-watching it is over. Of course, that doesn't mean I can't go back and watch it again anytime I want to. But, for now, I do because I have some other shows to watch to keep this little series of posts still going and I'm super excited for those, as well. So, again, I highly suggest anyone to watch this show if they haven't already because it is most definitely a must-watch. And if you do watch it all again, or if you've read this post from beginning to end, let me know in the comments below what your favorite episode or season of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is and if it's one of your favorite Disney Channel shows, and then come Back to Disney soon for more!๐Ÿ’“

Oh, and speaking of episodes and seasons, I know I mentioned at the beginning of this post that I would let you know my favorite seasons of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody from most to least favorite, so I will do that now before I sign off. The seasons of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody go like this for me (again, from MOST to LEAST favorite): Season 1Season 2, then Season 3. I just have to say I really, really do LOVE Season 1 of this show. If we were just looking at Season 1 of this show and comparing it to other shows and their episodes, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody would be up there in my Top 3 favorite Disney Channel shows of all time. Just because Season 1 is so different from Seasons 2 & 3 in the BEST way possible and I just love, love, LOVE the whole vibe of it. Usually, the first season of any show is the more unique and special one and that definitely stands true for The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Anyways, Back to Disney checking out!๐Ÿ’“✌๐Ÿจ
